Progress and more progress!

Got my order from Gymvarhuset.se the other day. Protein powder, protein bars, vitamins and a lot of soy stuff! I want to order more protein powder flavours but eheh, need money before I do that!


 My lunch yesterday! Spinach, baby plum tomatoes, whole grain cous cous, margarine, cottage cheese and scrambled eggs. SO yummy!


I found a picture of my stomach before I started to work out at all. I guess you can see that the one where I was a lazy couch potato is to the left and the picture to the right was taken yesterday. I'm not even flexing as much as in the last picture I posted on my abs. HAHA ABSESSED lololol.


 I had such a great run this morning! Best run so far, more records YAY! Almost 6.5km! Need to find somewhere where I can run further without having to run the same trail over and over again ;P Felt so awesome when I got home! I also ran up the looong hill up to our apartment, I've never been able to do that. It was hard but I did it I DID IT! I'll go for a run tomorrow to but a shorter easier one ^-^

    1. I'm not, I still eat rennet. BUt I've been "vegetarian" since UHmn I don't know XD 2 years? no I don't know :P

  2. You should to more aerobic training when running ie. not run your ass off with maximum bpm heart rate all the time. Longer distances, lower bpm like 2 times a week and one hard run once a week to actually increase your cardio and abilites. Already now you are able to run something like 10km or even more easily if you just slow down a bit! And it'll be sooo good for your heart.

    There are also ways to calculate your ideal training zones, just google away.

    1. Thank you but please don't tell me how I should work out when you don't know how I do work out and what I want with my exercising. You only see a small ammount here on my blog :)

      I don't always run my ass of ^-^ I only post the ones when I beat my records because I see no reason to post about just a chill run ^-^ at least not the stats of it ;P

    2. Well usually we exercise to improve ourselves :) I'd love to read you beat up your longest run record, cos I now you'd make sooo far already!

    3. I mostly run for fun and improving my health. I'm not running (at least not now), to be able to run further, I rather run faster because that's more fun :D , me beating my records is just another fun plus to it ^-^

  5. Blir du mätt av pulver drycken? och är den något god:)? vad brukar pulver drycka ligga på för pris?:) <3

    1. Dricker den inte för att bli mätt :) Detta är protein pulver och är till för att kroppen inte ska bryta ner musklerna efter träning ^-^
      Jag har ingen koll. Den här som jag käper kostar 119 kr och det är 25 portioner :)

    1. No need to be concerned :) I eat both more and more often than I used to, healthier than ever and protein powder is recommended by my nutritian to get the goals we've put up ^-^ I'm positive she wouldn't recommend anything that is bad for me :)
