+ a lot of stretching!
I've yet again found the motivation to quit my bad eating habits. I'm not talking about cake now. I've talked about this a couple of times, how I have problems with liking different foods. I THINK I might have found something that might work!
I thought yesterday about all the things I like and wrote them down. I've done this SO MANY TIMES. It has never worked. So I though, how did we (me, my mother and father) do this all those other times we tried this. IT HIT ME.We've focused on the things I like the least, all the meat (when I ate meat), quorn stuff, cous cous, potatoes, rice etc. Why not focus on the things I love? Fruits and vegetables. Instead of making the quorn stuff and potatoes the main thing in my dishes, why not make them the "side thing"? I'm actually gettnig sick of only eating two different dishes + hamburger and pizza every once in a while. It's not very healthy either to eat the same thing over and over.
I will now make a food scedual for myself and try this out because I think this might work! I'll still put all those protein and carb things in my meal to get the nutritions fromIt will not be the focus. Wish me luck!
