After these two weeks I'm not used to that much sugar and unhealthy fats anymore at all. I've been eating a jummy pizza and jummy candies today. It got a bit to much and now my heart is racing at the speed of light! Naaaaah maybe not that bad haha but it beats faster than usual. It's just my second candy saturday, I will find a good balance! I think this going back to kid habbits is a good way for me! It works awesomely!
I eat well during the week and on saturdays I eat more unhealthy. Not all meals and all snacks during the day though! Just some saturday candy and one crappy but jummy meal! But yeh, I should take it a bit slower so my heart wont run away from me!
I'll be going on a run or at least a powerwalk tomorrow in the morning. Ofsjkjfks talking about powerwalking. My butt and the back of my thighs are SO CRAZY SORE from my powerwalk yesterday! 7km, 1 hour. It was lovely, I had zombie chase on, on Zombies, Run! So I ran 4 minutes too :D
Oh and while out on my powerwalk, a lady stopped me (I thought she wanted directions), in the woods, I had my running/walking gear on and earplugs and she stopped me TO TALK ABOUT RELIGION. SHe put a flyer in my face. Ok it doesn't matter what sort of flyers you're going around handing out, if I'm walking fast with training gear on and listening to music or w/e I'm not interested in flyers of anything. I waved it away and continued walking in a steady phase ^-^
Oh oh I want to tell you about another thing but it feels so booooring to do so in a text post. Hmm Well I tell you tomorrow maybe. It's nothing special but it's exciting for me :D Has to do with food scedual ans stuff but yeh. I'll talk about that later :D I'm going to go to bed soon so I'll be jumping out of bed tomorrow so I can go for a run, or a powerwalk. Depends on what I feel like and how much time I'll have :D
