The left one is yesterday's run and the right one is today's.
I was very sore today so I took a shoret route than yesterday (even thought that one is one of my shortest ones)
Not my longest runs, I haven't been running for almost a month. I'm SUPER proud of the results. I have been going to the gym and worket out some at home but for the last week plus a few days I've been doing nothing. The 30 day shred injured my knees so I can't continue with it. ANYWAYS back to my runs! A month ago when I took a break from running I had an avg min/km of 7.42!!! Do you see how much better I am right now! It's crazy! So happy! I think I'll be doing some yoga tomorrow, no running because I think I'm going to be more sore tomorrow than I am today! Another thing I'm so proud of is that before, when I used to pause the app to take a break for a few minutes my avd min/km was at 5.56 as it's fastest I think and now I did a 6.14 without any resting! I do walk a little here and there but still. PROUD!
