This is waht I'm doing right now. I'm on my day two out of thirty. It's very simple. There are three levels, you do each lever for 10 days and DONE! Of course I'm doing other stuff as well, going to the gym, running, etc. I've seen some pretty amazing results from this so why not try it out :D

RaderaI used to watch "The biggest loser" and I liked Jillian so much :D So I tried it when I saw the video on your blog because I find her really motivating and I really need to get in shape ^^ I just wanted to die after about 15 minutes but I did all the video :p Thank you very much for sharing, I really enjoyed it and I'm gonna continue! :)
