not feeling so well.

I've been trying to get better all day. BUT NO :< I woke up with the start of a migraine but I stopped that. I've felt ill all day and I've had to force myself to eat. It only made me feel more sick booho. I was going to go for a long walk but I couldn't even find the strenght to do that :<

I have to make some dinner now and get to work. Going to buy ice cream and chocolate too. Maybe it'll cheer me up :D ha ha. Ugh don't wanna make dinner, the thought makes me feel sick :<

  1. If I can give you an advice, don't eat if you don't feel to! >.<
    Your body is sending you a message, it probably needs to detox and to rest - not to be busy digesting food.
    If you wanna eat something, eat something light, like fruits..

    1. I'm not sure if you've had a migraine and worked before but for me not eating is not the answer. I do my best to eat well when this happens but since I can't eat much I need at least something more to keep going. Candy is the thing that I can enjoy and keep at the counter :)

  3. did you try taking mineral pills? maybe you bodys missing minerals (or vitamins)
