I actually went running in my new shoes today too! I ran, and walked for about 20 minutes, after that my knee started hurting and I couldn't continue. I used to have problems with my knees back when I did a lot of gymnastics but haven't really felt it since then. I'll do some awesome knee exercises later! Oh love my new shoes!

SvaraRaderaLove the cyberdog and the lingerie styled shorts. I wear my cyberdog mistress top with a lingerie styled baby doll dress a lot and the technology look of cyberdog and the sexy lingerie look always works great together!
SvaraRaderaRunning exerts the most wear on the knees, so try some knee stregenthing excersises (not saying your unfit) to make your knees withstand running much more!~
Also I was the wig questoiner on formspring and have purchased a wig that reminds me of your old long hair, its grey/blue fading to black :) I've only had dark hair before so it will be a learning experience with outfits and make-up :) ~~~ Amy

Jag måste bara fråga något (hoppas det inte låter dumt); hur sätter man fast strumpor i strumpeband? Behöver man speciella strumpor eller går det med vilka overknees som helst? Jag har sett att du ofta har det, och det är så fint så tänkt pröva själv :)

SvaraRaderaman kan ha dom flesta så länge de inte är för tjocka :) finns säkert några som kan hålla asfeta strumpor men det är inte s vanligt :P man klämmer bara fast dom, lite svårt å förkalra :P
