Så jag går alltså ca 5 minuter innan jag börjar växla mellan att springa/jogga och gå och går sedan 5 minuter efter också. Hoppas på att fåå upp konditionen så jag kan springa hela tiden imellan!

So this is how my runs have gone this past week! I'm really happy with today! The first time I stopped because my knee started hurting. I started to feel it again after 20-25 minutes but not as bad as the first time YAY! I've clocked my runs a bit differently though. I didn't include my 5 min walk before and after on the first one. etc etc doesn't really matter!
From now on I'm going to do like the last one and start when I get out of the house and stop when I get in!
I start to walk for five minutes and then I run/jog and walk in between and then I walk for 5 minutes again. I hope to get my cardio up so I'll be able to skip the walking in between!
